CENTER FOR DOCUMENTS AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
All participants must collect their race bib and essential race materials from the Event Registration Center, hosted at the Chalkida City Hall, “Aristotelis” Hall (15 Farmakidou Street, entrance from the seafront), on:

RACE DAY PICK-UP (Sunday, September 14, 2025)
A limited-time pick-up station will operate on race day:
- For the 25 km race: From 07:00 to 08:30 in Chalkida
- For the 5 km race: From 07:00 to 08:00 in Chalkida
Each runner will receive:
- A Runner’s Bag
- An envelope containing:
- Bib number with integrated timing chip
- Safety pins for the bib
- A sticker with your bib number for the Runner’s Bag
COMPETITION PROGRAM – START TIMES
- 21km Road Race Start Time: Chalkida 08.30am
- 5km Road Race Start Time: Chalkida 09.00am.
After the official time limit of the 21km race has passed at 02.40 hours from the start, runners who have not finished continue at their own risk, since the course will be given over to car traffic.
PERSONAL EFFECTS & CLOTHING MANAGEMENT
Runners starting in Chalkida will be provided with safekeeping of the athletes’ personal belongings in the Aristotelis hall
Runners who have started in Eretria and Vassiliko, there will be a van of the transport company ACS Chalkida to pick up your personal belongings and transfer them to Chalkida to the Aristotelis hall where you can pick up after your finish.

PRIZE AWARDS
All finishers receive a commemorative finisher medal.
Prize giving will start at 11.00am.
The first three winners of the Men’s and Women’s General Classification of the 21km & 5km Road Races are awarded a cup.
The athletes competing in the 25 km “Lilantios Road” Road Race are divided into age categories, according to the following:
MEN – WOMEN
- up to 39 years old
- 40-49 years old
- 50-59 years old
- 60 years and older
* Overall category winners are excluded from age category awards. A category will be formed if at least 6 athletes participate. In case of no formation of a category, the athletes are included in the previous category.
