CENTER FOR DOCUMENTS AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS
All participants receive their participation number and the necessary materials for the race from the Registration Center of the event, which is hosted at the Chalkida Town Hall, Aristotelis hall (15 Farmakidou, entrance from the beach), on Saturday 1 June 2024: 10.00 – 20.00 .
On Sunday, June 2, the secretariat will be open for collection:
- In Eretria from 06.45 in the morning until 07.30 for the 21km race
- In Vassilikos from 07.00 in the morning until 07.45 for the 10km race
- In Chalkida from 07.00 in the morning to 08.00 for the 5km race
All runners receive a Runner’s Bag and an envelope containing:
- Their Participation Number with integrated Timing Chip
- Paramanas for the Participation Number
- Entry Number Sticker for the Runner’s Bag
COMPETITION PROGRAM – START TIMES
- 21km Road Race Start Time: Eretria 08.00am
- 10km Road Race Start Time: Vasiliko 08.15am.
- 5km Road Race Start Time: Chalkida 08.30am.
After the official time limit of the 21km race has passed at 02.40 hours from the start, runners who have not finished continue at their own risk, since the course will be given over to car traffic.
TRANSFERING RUNNERS:
BUS CHALKIDA – BASILIKO – ERETRIA
Departure from the port of Chalkida (near the Infantry school) to Vasilikos and Eretria at 06:15 the first and 06:35 the last.
BUS CHALKIDA – BASILIKO – ERETRIA (after termination)
Departure from Chalkida to Vassiliko and Eretria at 12.00pm
PERSONAL EFFECTS & CLOTHING MANAGEMENT
Runners starting in Chalkida will be provided with safekeeping of the athletes’ personal belongings in the Aristotelis hall
Runners who have started in Eretria and Vassiliko, there will be a van of the transport company ACS Chalkida to pick up your personal belongings and transfer them to Chalkida to the Aristotelis hall where you can pick up after your finish.

PRIZE AWARDS
All finishers receive a commemorative finisher medal.
Prize giving will start at 11.00am.
The first three winners of the Men’s and Women’s General Classification of the 21km & 10km & 5km Road Races are awarded a cup.
The athletes competing in the 21.1 km “Lilantios Half Marathon” Road Race are divided into age categories, according to the following:
MEN – WOMEN
- up to 39 years old
- 40-49 years old
- 50-59 years old
- 60 years and older
* Overall category winners are excluded from age category awards. A category will be formed if at least 6 athletes participate. In case of no formation of a category, the athletes are included in the previous category.
